Maybe you mean art.. though again.... technically BB has more realistic art and could be considered better. Maybe it's your favorite art in a hentai but to say it's more realistic in terms of art or animation.. then I must say you are wrong. :P

Yes, but the anime's chara-design was done by none other than Kazuya Kuroda (Vandread) and it shows : colored eyes, shining skin, rocket-shaped breasts... It's very different from Tony's original design.

Well ill try to explain,the movments of the characters are as smooth as in any anime you will see and in some cases better. They rarely repeat the same animation for more then 5 seconds and the colours and backgrounds are just beautiful. Aslo the characters themself's are very well done with lovey eyes and cute expressions.
The outfits that they wear are as detailed as in blibe back aswell.

If your talking about being Realistic apart from the above they dont have massive tits (One has big ones) and all the parts of there body are animated as well as what ever there wearing.
(I like big tits btw :P )
