Wouldn't this cause confusion? People expect women to be pregnant when they look your list, just because they say that they want to become pregnant or say, "No! I'll get pregnant!" doesn't mean that they will be. Maybe you should have some sort of notation that says that they say it but they're not.

The two lists would be too close to each other in purpose (two lists about pregnancy). IMO it's better to just add another facet to the existing list, and use clear notation to distinguish between the facets.
