Customer Service problem

When i click on the link sales@animenation.com, it gives me the following message "Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed" What does that mean?

It means your web browser doesn't know how to access your email program. This might be because you use a web-based email service like GMail. If so, then you can just copy the address into a new email, instead of clicking the link.

This isn't a problem with the AN site, more with how your computer is set up.

I right clicked the link and chose the option to "E-mail with (my mail service)" and it worked.
