SEEDs Remastered Release

Any word weather this will be canceled or not? Been looking forward to this for a long time.. The preview on crunchyroll looked very good too.. But im worried with Bandai Ent gone that this might never see a US release.. Or possibley if it does release now that'll be in a boxset (in my dreams, right?) Also does anyone know if it'll include the english audio?

Any news on this would be great

I saw a torrent upload where someone added the dub to it. Thats as good as its gonna get since I can't see it being released in the US anytime soon.

I wish the Japanese Blu-ray had remixed the audio into a new 5.1 track. Not very interested in the Remastered SEED now. From what I hear, while it does have some reanimated scenes its mostly the same show but upscaled, cropped & heavily filtered.

I checked out episode 1 and the quality is CRAP

I recommend just sticking with the DVD's or at least until the Blu-ray rips are out. These recent HDTV rips are horrible quality and probably filtered upon something thats already upscaled and filtered. Maybe when the actual Blu-ray rips are released it will be better but for now its complete trash thats worse than the DVD's.
Also the dub syncing was off sometimes.

Seed needing a remaster is baffling to me. That show should be re-animated because it looked like crap.

Some of the battle animation were redone. The problem is its cropped with heavy DNR. Its like FUNi's DBZ orange boxes...

Its all about greed. The DVD's are better.
