2 More Live-Action RuroKen Movies Announced

Shueisha has revealed plans for an additional two live-action Rurouni Kenshin feature films that will adapt the “Great Kyoto Fire” and “Legend’s End” segments of the “Kyoto arc” of Nobuhiro Watsuki’s original manga. These two storylines were adapted into the Shin Kyoto Hen OVA series in 2011-2012. Takeru Satoh, star of last year’s live-action Rurouni Kenshin film, will reprise his portral of wandering samurai Himura Kenshin in the two sequel films.
