51st Shogakukan Manga Award Winners Announced

The winners of the 51st Annual Shogakukan Manga Awards, Japan’s oldest ongoing recognition for manga, has announced its latest winners:

Ryo Maekawa’s Animal Yokocho won the children’s manga category.
Masato Fujisaki’s Wild Life won the boys’ manga category.
Kaneyoshi Izumi’s Sonnanja Neyo won the girls’ manga category.
Kaiji Kawaguchi’s A Spirit of the Sun and Rainbow by Masasumi Kakizaki and George Abe both won in the general manga category.
