Kate Higgins to Attend Phoenix Anime Fest

The Phoenix Anime Fest, scheduled for December 1st – 3rd in Phoenix, Arizona, has announced that American voice actress Kate Higgins, the voice of Sakura on Naruto and Tahlo on Eureka 7, will attend the convention as a guest of honor.
