Anime Expo Announces New Guest, Extends Pre-Registration Sweepstakes

Anime Expo has announced that anime director Eisaku Inoue will attend this year’s convention as a guest of honor. Inoue’s credits include work on titles such as Granzort, Tenchi Muyo, Saint Seiya, and Gunbuster. Inoue currently serves as chief animation director for the One Piece anime.

Anime Expo has also extended its pre-registration sweepstakes. Convention attendees that pre-register in May, and those who have already registered, are eligible to win prizes donated by eFrontier, Square Enix and Toei Animation.
