Mezzo Forte Licensed?

Details are scant, but a report from the industry panel at this weekend’s Otakon convention suggests that Yasuomi Umetsu’s most recent production, the 30 minute Kite side-story OAV Mezzo Forte, has either already been licensed for US release already, or is a strong candidate for US release.
