Hello Kitty to Provide Pakistan Flood Relief

The Hello Kitty Online role-playing game will host the “Chocolate Harbour Rescue” charity event from September 9-30, 2010. When an accident at an offshore chocolate refinery spills tons of chocolate into the sea, Sanrio Harbour is inundated by sugary threats. Participating players will receive a free Mop-A-Choc, which they can use to help clean up the tasty mess and generate donation points. At the end of the month-long event, Sanrio Digital will match the total donation points generated by all participating players with cash donations split evenly between Oceana and UNICEF to provide relief & assistance for the Deep Water Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and the ongoing catastrophic flooding in Pakistan. Participation in the Hello Kitty Online charity event is totally free.
