Irwin Toys CEO Resigns

Reuters Newswire has reported that George Irwin, president and chief executive of Irwin Toy Ltd., resigned from his post on Monday. Three other executives of the family run Irwin Toy company, George Irwin’s brother, cousin, and uncle, also resigned amidst speculation that two years of losses and disappointing sales for the approaching Christmas season had taken a heavy toll on the company. Irwin Toys is best known for its Dragon Ball Z action figures and toys.
