Aoi Sekai no Chushin de Anime Announced

The advertising obi found on freshly published copies of the eighth collected volume of creator Crimson’s parody manga series Aoi Sekai no Chushin de announces that the series will be getting an anime adaptation. High School DxD director Tetsuya Yanagisawa will direct. The series is set in a fantasy world in which the beleagured Segua Kingdom is losing a war against the Ninterdo Empire until the heroic teen boy Gear (himself a parody of Sonic the Hedgehog) arises to defend the Sega Kingdom.

I wasn’t even aware that Crimson drew anything beside ero-doujinshi.
