Khronos Gear Anime Announced

Mobile game company G-mode (Keitai Shoujo, Sengoku Paradise Kiwami) has announced its development of a multimedia project titled “Katayoku no Khronos Gear.” The sci-fi action story pits the teenage decendents of global heroes including Napoleon, Joan of Arc, Musashi Miyamoto, and Ryoma Sakamoto in a battle against invading aliens. The franchise will include a game and manga produced by G-mode and an anime produced by studio AIC. Tenchi Muyo & El Hazard director Hiroki Hayashi will helm the anime.

G-mode’s cel phone games Keitai Shoujo & Sengoku Paradise Kiwami have both previously had anime adaptations.
