Persona 4 Movie Announced
|The recently concluded Persona 4 the Animation anime television series will be condensed into a 90-minute feature film titled “Persona 4 The Animation -The Factor of Hope-.” The movie will condense and retell the complete anime series story, including the series’ “true ending episode” that will be released in its entirety exclusively on the series’ tenth Japanese home video volume available on August 22. The movie will screen in ten Japanese theaters beginning June 9.

I don’t get into the big multimedia/visual novel crossover series much BUT I have gotten a videogame gem or two out of this business…
Both Fate/Stay Night and Melty Blood spawned very good videogame spin-offs in the form of fighting games. Neither, unfortunately, made it to the US PS2 platform other than the cut-down, portable PSP version of Fate: Unlimited Codes… (The PS2 original game was much better.)
I’m cautiously optimistic about the Persona 4 fighting game being released both Japanese and American PS3/360 systems in August…
Fate/Stay Night is a mild favorite if only because of the character designs. I am a big fan of the King Arthur stories so it’s obvious which character in Fate/SN and its spin-offs is my favorite… 🙂
