Anime News Service has learned, through a personal interview, that Sailor Moon and Utena director Kunihiko Ikuhara will soon make a temporary home in the western United States in order to better his English speaking skills. Ikuhara-san has stated that he has no directly anime-related projects in the works presently, beside completing his multimedia (manga, drama/image CDs) project with Mamoru Nagano, Schell Bullet. Ikuhara has revealed that his next work will be a series of live-action films.
