Railgun Second Series Announced
ASCII MediaWorks has formally announced that in addition to the previously announced Toaru Majutsu no Index motion picture that will premiere on February 23, 2013, a second Toaru Kagaku no Railgun television series, tentatively titled “Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S” has been greenlit for production. The first “Certain Scientific Railgun” anime series spin-off from the Toaru Majutsu no Index TV series aired in 2009 and received an OVA in 2010. The staff and cast of the earlier Railgun anime will return for the new series.
