Mushibugyo TV Series Announced

Next week’s issue of Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine will formally announce the development of an anime TV series based on Hiroshi Fukuda’s historical supernatural action manga Joju Senjin!! Mushibugyo (Always Ready for Battle!! Mushibugyo). The original Mushibugyo manga about an early 18th century governmental team of super-powered problem-solvers serialized from 2009-2010. Fukuda then relaunched the manga as “Joju Senjin!! Mushibugyo” in 2011. Toho & Production I.G. produced the above 30-second TV commercial for the manga in 2011.
