Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya Teaser Released

The homepage for the upcoming Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya anime television series has added a three-minute teaser trailer. Studio Silver Link’s adaptation of the original manga by “Hiroyama,” is an alternate-continuity magical girl series starring Illyasviel von Einzbern and other characters from Type-Moon’s Fate/stay night franchise. Tasogare Otome x Amnesia co-director Takashi Sakamoto will direct the series. Tasogare Otome x Amnesia co-director Shin Oonuma will serve as animation director. “BakaTest” author Kenji Inoue will write the series’ scripts. The Fate/Kaleid Liner anime will premiere online on NicoNico before getting a Japanese TV broadcast.

I’m sure the Fate-series fans will adore this, and Silver Link has produced some excellent animation, but this extended teaser doesn’t generate much excitement.
