New Domestic Distributor Launches

The new American video game publisher acttil has formally launched and announced plans to release studio Trigger’s 2013 Anime Mirai short film Little Witch Academia on domestic Blu-ray. acttil was founded by three former NISA employees: producer Jack Niida, Vice President of Marketing Nao Miyazawa, and Vice President of Production Hiroko Kanazashi. The domestic release of the 26-minute Little Witch Academia film will include English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese subtitles, a 66-minute making-of video, soundtrack CD, and a 112-page supplemental booklet.

acttil will host an invitation-only screening and Q & A with screenwriter Masahiko Otsuka at the JW Marriott Los Angeles hotel nearby the location of Anime Expo on Saturday July 6. 50 fans will be randomly selected to attend.
