Yasuhiro Imagawa to Direct Children’s Anime Series Wasimo

G Gundam & Giant Robo director Yasuhiro Imagawa will direct a TV series adaptation of screenwriter Kankuro Kudo (Kamui Gaiden, Maiko Haaaan!!!) & illustrator Hajime Anzai’s children’s picture book Wasimo. The children’s book stars a young girl who’s father builds her a robot designed on the girl’s late grandmother. The series of ten 10-minute anime shorts from Studio Deen will premiere on March 10.
