Released in Japan on April 28th, the Playstation 2 racing game Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec sold over 1 million copies in a mere three days, easily setting it on track to become the best selling PS2 game released so far. In only a week of release, the PS2 GT Force racing steering wheel controller has sold over 500,000 units, also setting it on track to become one of the Playstation 2’s best selling perhiperals ever.

In only two months of availability the GameBoy Advance has sold over 1.5 million units in Japan alone.
