New Anime Toys Announced

In their continuing effort to milk the Evangelion license for every cent or yen it’s worth, Kaiyodo has announced plans to manufacture an action figure version of the angel Sachiel, first seen in Evangelion TV episode 1.

As part of their licensing agreement with Sandy Frank Productions over the Gatchaman property, Diamond Select Toys, a division of Diamond Comics, will be importing a series of 6 Gatchaman Box Figures this December. The inch & a half to two inch “lego-like” figures manufactured by Yujin include the professor and full Gatchaman team and will retail in the US for $19.99 per set.
