New AnimeFringe Online

The December issue of anime fanzine AnimeFringe is now online featuring a cover story on the recent cult hit TV import TV series Noir and a feature article on the new domestic release TV series St. Tail, a look at the X-box and GameCube, and the regular assortment of reviews, editorials and articles.
