Additional AD Vision DVD Announcements

Anime on DVD has published several new announcements from AD Vision that partially match and partially differ from the listings published in the new official AD Vision 2003 print catalog.

According to the latest word, which matches AD Vision’s previous official printed statement, City Hunter season 1 will be released in 2 DVD boxed sets on July 29th at $89.98 each.

Contradicting their print solicitations that report Dunbine scheduled for release in 5 DVD sets, the latest word from AD Vision is that Aura Battler Dunbine DVD 1 will include 5 episodes, not 10, and retail for $29.98 alone or $39.98 with a series box on July 15th.

Also contradicting their prior official announcement, the first Bandit King Jing DVD scheduled for release on July 22nd, will include 4 episodes, not 5, at a retail price of $29.98 for the disc alone or $39.98 for a disc with series box.

Again updating the information published in the official 2003 catalog, the first uncut Sailormoon DVD boxed set has increased to a 1065 minute running time and $149.98 retail price with a July 15th release date.

Finally, AD Vision has announced that the first two Dragon Knight 4 OAVs will be released on June 17th under the title “Dragon Knight: Wheel of Time volume 1” carrying a $29.98 retail price.
