CPM Introduces Series Test Drive Incentive

Central Park Media has unveiled a new priced-down customer incentive called “The Anime Test Drive.” Beginning on October 28th the first DVD volumes of Legend of Himiko, Now and Then, Here and There, Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight, Patlabor The Mobile Police: The TV Series, Maze TV Series, and The Ping Pong Club will be available in THINpak cases at a retail price of $7.99 each. Customers that enjoy the first DVD and purchase the full series DVD boxed sets, which already include a volume 1 DVD, will be eligible for a $10 mail-in rebate refund for the cost of the Test Drive Anime DVD.

The represented full series DVD boxed sets are also being priced down as of September 2nd.

The Legend of Himiko and Now and Then, Here and There DVD Collections will drop from $89.99 to $69.99.

The Ping Pong Club DVD Collection will drop from $119.99 to $89.99

The Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight and Maze TV series DVD Collections will drop from $129.99 to $69.99.

The Patlabor The Mobile Police TV Series DVD Collection, already priced at a reasonable $99.99, will remain at that price point.
