Third Rising Stars of Manga Contest to Begin January 1st

TOKYOPOP has announced that its third Rising Stars of Manga competition will run from January 1 – March 15, 2004. Aspiring manga style comic artists are encouraged to submit an original 15-to-20-page story for a chance at being professionally published.
