Bandai Announces Temporary Moratorium

As Bandai Entertainment begins to take control over its own product distribution all of Bandai’s existing anime DVD releases will be placed on temporary discontinuation until March, at which time titles will be progressively resolicited, some of them with new, reduced prices. Most significantly, the Fancy LaLa DVDs will retail at $9.98 each. The Escaflowne and Jubei-chan DVDs will retail at $14.98 each. The Crest of the Stars DVDs, virtually all Gundam DVDs and Jin-Roh DVD will fall to $19.98 each. And the Love Hina DVDs will retail at $24.98 each.
