New Appleseed Figures Released

To coincide with the release of the full digital animation Appleseed motion picture, Japanese convenience store chain Lawson has begun offering an exclusive trio of Appleseed figures. Consumers that pre-purchase their movie ticket at Lawson convenience stores at the normal ticket price of 1,980 yen ($18.60) will receive a bonus 4 inch tall Hitomi figure. Six inch tall figures of Deunan and Briareos are available at 3,500 yen ($33) each.
