FUNimation Acquired by Navarre

The Navarre Corporation has announced its purchase of FUNimation Productions, Ltd., which will henceforth be named “FUNimation Entertainment.” Navarre acquired FUNimation for $115,659,508 in combined cash and Navarre common stock.
