AD Vision Announces Rurouni Kenshin Movie

ADV will be releasing the dubbed VHS and bilingual DVD versions of the Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X) movie “Samurai X: The Motion Picture” on March 27th. Released in Japan as “Requiem For the Ishin Shishi,” the movie is far more similar to the Kenshin TV series released by Media Blasters than the OAV series previously released by AD Vision. It features Kenshin, Sano, Karou, and Yakiho, with a smaller role played by Saitoh, and deals with the repercussions of one of Kenshin’s actions as Hitokiri Battousai.
