AD Vision Offers Voices of a Distant Star DVD Replacements
|An unknown quantity of AD Vision’s Voices of a Distant Star DVD are flawed in the respect that the discs, which should have 2 different Japanese language audio tracks, only have 1 Japanese audio track. The “Director’s Version” audio track is not included on the DVD.
The easiest way to identify the defective discs is this: At 1:47 into the film, the first line of spoken dialogue after the title screen, in the Director’s version Mikako says, “Ne, Noboru-kun, matte!” In the professional voice actor version, Mikako says simply, “Noboru-kun, matte!”
If you’d like to exchange a defective DVD, e-mail returns@advfilms.com with your name, email and shipping address. You will be sent a form letter to complete and a pre-addressed, pre-paid UPS shipping envelope in which to return the defective disc.
