Anime DVD Updates

Pioneer has expanded the Kishin Corps DVD release to 2 DVDs and raised the price from $24.95 to $34.95. The double disc set is due out on May 22nd.

Although no release date has been established yet for the corrected Irresponsible Captain Tylor DVD volume 4, the discs will be distinguishable from the first pressing discs which are missing one chapter. While the first pressing discs feature a sketch of Empress Azalyn, the corrected discs will feature an image of Azalyn with Tylor. There’s no word yet on whether there will be changes to the exterior packaging to make the different versions immediately identifiable.
