Anime Expo New York FAQ Online

Anime News Service is hosting a new FAQ about the upcoming New York City based Anime Expo (AXNY) written by convention chairman Mike Tatsugawa. The FAQ, for some reason, is not available on the official AXNY website.

The new press release confirms that the convention, to be held August 31-September 2, is tentatively not scheduled to be an annual event, nor will it be as big as the annual California based Anime Expo. While the Californian Expo is now a four day event, AXNY will be a three day event held as part of the larger 4 day Big Apple Anime Fest convention. Whether or not a single registration and single fee will cover both conventions has not yet been clarified. Guests scheduled to attend AXNY also have not yet been announced.
