Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu Movie Announced

A poster at the currently ongoing Tokyo International Anime Fair (TAF) has announced that a 3D Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu motion picture is in development for Korean theatrical release. Macross & Escaflowne creator Shouji Kawamori created the concept for the 2009 television series about three sisters who find make-up compacts that allow them to transform into pint-sized animal-costume-wearing versions of themselves, and eventually allow them to transform fully into animals. The 50-episode TV series was animated by Japan’s Satelight & Hal Film Maker studios in collaboration with Korea’s JM Animation. The show was simultaneously broadcast in Japan & South Korea. The TAF poster does not specify if the movie will get a Japanese theatrical release.

I think this is great news because I enjoyed the TV series immensely.
