Ashiaraiyashiki no Junin-tachi OAD Announced

Monthly Comic Gum magazine has announced that the 10th volume of Tokuichi Minagi’s comical “battle fantasy” manga series Ashiaraiyashiki no Junin-tachi (The Residents of Ashiaraiyashiki) will be released on March 25 in softcover standard edition retailing at 1,050 yen and a 1,995 yen hardcover limited edition that incldes a short anime DVD. The action comedy series revolves around the human and monster residents of the Ashiaraiyashiki apartment building.

Based on these pages, this looks like it could be adorable fun.
