Is that all that was released for Cybernetics Guardian or was there more released in Japan? Is there only four episodes of Sakura Wars or are there more in Japan?

Answer:
I asked this first question to Koichi Ohata personally back at the ’95 Anime Expo. At that time, he said that he had no plans to create a sequel to Cybernetics Guardian Saigard. Regarding Sakura Wars, the first, four episode OAV series is a prequel to the video game series. The current 6 volume second OAV series is based on the Sakura Wars 2 video game. The Sakura Wars television series is scheduled to premier in Japan in April, and a theatrical motion-picture is in the works. There has also been at least one live-action Sakura Wars stage-musical in Japan. All of this started with the two Sakura Taisen dating sim/strategy RPG games for the Sega Saturn. They have been followed by the Saturn Sakura Taisen Columns and Dreamcast Sakura Taisen Columns 2, Sakura Taisen for the color GameBoy, the Ogami side-story game for the Dreamcast, and the upcoming Dreamcast Sakura Taisen 3.
