Will there be any Gundam games?

Answer:
Including appearances in the Super Robot Wars series of games and various Brave Robots Saga games, there are actually well over 100 Gundam or Gundam related console and PC video games ranging from the Famicom disc system (which pre-dates the 8 bit Famicom) to the Playstation 2. The Gundam games have varied from strategy to flight simulation/shooting, shooting games to fighting games, and even the odd SD Gundam Over Galaxian, a 3D super deformed version of Galaxian in which your squashed Gundam must shoot squashed Zaku mechs. Currently only 1 Gundam console game has ever been released in America, the English translation of Gundam: The Battle Master 2, recently released in the US as Gundam: Battle Assault for the Playstation. Completists may be interested to know that to promote the launch of Anime Village, Bandai provided consumers that bought the subtitled Gundam tapes with a free copy of the PC port of the live-action and CG interactive movie game Mobile Suit Gundam: One Year War.
