Astro Boy Ranks as A Top Event in Japanese History

Japanese Newspaper Ashai Shimbun has compiled a list of the ten most significant news events of the 20th century in Japan. Included in the very select list is the 1963 premier of Osamu Tezuka’s TV animation series Tstsuwan Atom, known in the US as Astro Boy.
