According to Anime on DVD, Bandai confirmed at last weekend’s Anime Expo New York that they have acquired the translation rights to the first of (soon to be) three TV seasons of Galaxy Angel, the 2001 sci-fi TV series Gene Shaft, and the upcoming second season of The Big O.

Bandai also confirmed that English translation of the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam TV series is now underway. And Bandai confirmed that the 13 episode Sekai no Senki (Banner of the Stars) TV series will be released on only 3 DVD discs, instead of 4, beginning this January.
