Bandai to Handle Defective DVDs

Bandai Entertainment has confirmed that new DVD releases including Flag volume 2, Gundam Seed Destiny volume 12, My Otome volume 4, and possibly other releases such as Eureka Seven volume 11 may be defective. Consumers that experience playback problems with new and recently released Bandai Entertainment DVDs have been requested to contact Bandai directly to receive replacement discs.
