Barefoot Gen Manga to be Re-released

Publisher Last Gasp has announced plans to re-release Keiji Nakazawa’s haunting classic autobiographical manga series Barefoot Gen: A Cartoon Story of Hiroshima. Barefoot Gen was possibly the first manga series translated for American release in the early 1980s. The Last Gasp publication will include an all new translation. Each volume will retail at $14.95. The first two volumes will be released this fall.
