Battle of the Planets Release Information

Rhino Home Video has announced its first two volumes of Battle of the Planets on VHS and DVD. The VHS versions will each contain two episodes of the Sandy Frank dub of Gatchaman, Battle of the Planets. The DVD versions will contain the same two episodes, two uncut, unedited original Japanese Gatchaman TV episodes with optional English subtitles, and one episode of the second American deb version known as G-Force. The VHS and DVD releases for each volume will retail for $9.95 and $19,95 respectively and be released simultaneously. No specific release date has been set yet, but Rhino is aiming to have both volumes available in July.
