Black Lagoon Third Series Scheduled
Japanese publisher Shogakukan has announced that the 5 episode “BLACK LAGOON: Roberta’s Blood Trail” OVA series will premiere on DVD & Blu-ray July 17th.

Hmmmm…. I wasn’t all that big a Roberta fan, really. In a garbage city by the sea, I rather liked it when the anime focused on characters who were too human for their own good.
I’m not current on the manga, but I believe this OVA series will be adapting a storyline from the manga that starred Roberta and her apprentice.
Eh. , Roberta felt kinda gimmicky with the maid outfit and all. Sort of like a murderous Mary Poppins… Didn’t care for her much.
I really hope the whole season’s not devoted to her. Give me the mercs any day of the week.
