British Film Institute Recommends Miyazaki Movies for Children

The British Film Institute (BFI) has published a list of “films that all children should see by the age of 14.” The list was compiled by children’s film organizations across Europe, BFI staff, filmmakers, teachers, and other individuals. Hayao Miyazaki’s Spirited Away was ranked among the ten most recommended films, and My Neighbour Totoro was included in the top 50.
