Cartoon Network Acquires J-Pop Anime

The Cartoon Network has announced its broadcast acquisition of “Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi,” a new animated series slated for December that features the adventures of J-Pop sensation singing duo Puffy AmiYumi. Puffy AmiYumi are not new to the Cartoon Network; they did the theme song for the new Teen Titans cartoon. Live action sequences featuring the real band-mates will be included in Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi.
