Censored Xenosaga Confirmed for US Release

Namco Hometek representatives have confirmed for IGN PS2 that Xenosaga, prequel/sequel to Squaresoft’s classic RPG Xenogears, will be released in America in a slightly censored form. The game will retain all of the graphic violence from the original Japanese version, but a sexually suggestive sequence involving an android that looks like a pre-adolscent human girl will be partially or completely removed from the American release. According to Games Are Fun, Xenosaga will debut in America next February.
