CPM Licenses Yami no Matsuei

Central Park Media has confirmed for Anime on DVD that they have acquired the English language translation rights to the 13 episode Yami no Matsuei (Descendant of Darkness) TV series from last year. The series is a dark and occasionally violent supernatural detective story with a significant yaoi (male homosexual) theme. The dark theme and wide eyed bishounen character design will appeal to both fans of supernatural anime like Vampire Miyu and NightWalker, and fans of CLAMP’s X and Tokyo Babylon.
