Detail on RSI DVD Boxed Sets

Right Stuf has clarified for Anime on DVD that the upcoming Boogiepop Phantom 4 disc DVD boxed set will come in the same type of thin 5 disc fold-out keepcase that housed the Irresponsible Captain Tylor OAV series DVD set. Foam sheets will be packed between the discs to prevent the discs from coming loose from their resting places. Furthermore, the first 3000 copies (or maybe more) of the boxed set will include an “Overture ‘Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg’ Boogiepop Version” bonus soundtrack CD not available elsewhere. The possibility for creating a slip-case box for fans that have already purchased the individual discs is under consideration. The CD to be included with at least the first production run of the Boogiepop Phantom DVD set will be one of the three Boogiepop Phantom CDs released in Japan. AnimeTrax will be releasing the other 2 Boogiepop Phantom soundtrack CDs domestically as standard retail CDs.

Right Stuf has furthermore confirmed that Kareshi Kanojo no Jijoo will have a standard slip-case boxed set rather than a multi-disc single box DVD set.
