Digiko English Fan Voice Actress Selected

Synch-Point has selected an American voice actress out of 30 semi-finalists, and 5 finalists that auditioned at Anime Expo earlier this month. Broccoli and Synch-Point have selected Karen Hsin to perform the English language voice of mascot character Dijiko in an animated TV commercial to air later this summer. A combination of cuteness and comedy, the three main female characters (Dejiko, Puchiko and Rabi~En~Rose) are trying to become “idols.” They all work in Gamers in Akihabara, the “electronic district of Tokyo.” Gamers, a Broccoli owned Japanese store chain, caters to anime fans with character goods, trading cards and books. The American television commercial will advertise Gamers grand opening in America.
