Doamaiger D Retro Mecha Anime Announced

The TV Kanagawa (tvk) and KBS Kyoto television networks have announced the development of a retro mecha anime titled Doamaiger D. The show about a traditional Japanese candy-maker who pilots a giant robot to defend Kyoto against attacks by “mechkaiju” mechanical giant monsters will premiere next spring.
